Refund & Cancellation Policy

At mashdelements.com, we ONLY stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from our manufacturers. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of defective products. If you have any concerns about the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at hello@mashdelements.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

Exchange policy for Products

Mashdelements.com follows a transparent exchange policy for all products bought from our online store. You can exchange the unused products you have ordered within 7 days of the date of receipt. Please note that used products cannot be exchanged. To exchange the unused goods, please email us at hello@mashdelements.com

Instructions: Products should not have been used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way. The reverse courier will be picked in 4-5 working days after the date of acceptance of the return request. Please share a picture of the invoice issued by the reverse pickup courier on hello@mashdelements.com.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only before the product is dispatched. Once we dispatch the order, it can not be cancelled.

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
